Your Mission

Within our teams, you support the leading players in the Private Banking, Asset Management and Securities Services sectors, working at the heart of our clients’ Business Departments or Information Systems Departments, in all of their transformations: from strategic thinking to the implementation of operational solutions.

Your mission will include:

• Definition of the operational strategy
• The definition and implementation of operational models (Target Operating Models),
• Reflections on innovation: entry channels, digital, customer relations, CRM / Big data, blockchain …
• The reorganization and optimization of processes (Front, Middle, Back Office, Accounting, Offshoring, Robotics, KYC …),
• Steering transformation projects (digital, distribution and production function, core banking, etc.),
• Support in the choice and implementation of software solutions or in-house tools.
• The organization of regulatory compliance projects (MiFID 2, MAD II, PRIIPS, CRD IV / Basel III, UCITS V /, AIFM, Solvency II, EMIR, T2S, FATCA, AEOI / CRS, AML IV …).
• Support for risk and financial departments (optimization of accounting functions,  management performance, compliance with prudential and accounting standards CRD IV / Basel III, IFRS, etc.)

You may be required to contribute and organize projects using the most modern methodologies for business transformation such as Lean management, Project Management methods (Agile Methods, PMBoK or Prince2), good practice repositories such as CMMI , etc.

Your Profile

• M / F, higher education (business and engineering schools, university), you benefit from successful experiences of 2 to 10 years, within a management or strategy consulting firm or internally with financial institutions, ideally in one of the three areas Private Banking, Asset Management and Securities Services.
• Comfortable in human relations and results-oriented, you are dynamic, curious and demonstrate an excellent team spirit. 
• You are also recognized for your great qualities of rigor and pragmatism. Versatile, you have a good knowledge of business transformation projects or/and information systems. 
• You have a fluent level of professional English, essential both in writing and speaking.
• You are looking for a structure on a human scale where you will take an active part in the firm’s development (new offers, commercial activities, networking, etc.).
• You master at least Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Word tools.
